The Truth is Brutal!

Jesus underlines a brutal truth about Christian discipleship when he says, “In the world you will have persecution” (Jn 16:33). This July, as we recall the life and mission of St Thomas the Apostle, who shed his blood on our own soil, it becomes especially meaningful to reflect on Christian persecution across the world, and particularly in India today.
